Moving Towards Mastery: An Advanced Coaching Skill Development Program
If you have been coaching for a little while (or longer) you have probably become aware of just how much more there is still to know and learn about truly masterful coaching. So if you are at a point where you would like to take your coaching to the next level our new Moving Towards Mastery will provide you with deeper level skills and techniques to assist you in taking your coaching clients to higher levels of awareness, change and growth.

A 2 day coaching skill development learning experience for more experienced coaches
Who is it for?
This program is not for people just getting into coaching. Participants will need to have attended a gci CAP program or in house Leader as Coach Program or other first level coach training program.

This program is not for people just getting into coaching. Participants will need to have attended a gci CAP program or in house Leader as Coach Program or other first level coach training program. As a result of participation in this learning experience participants will:
- Explore the structure of coaching conversations beyond the GROWTH model
- Develop greater confidence and strategies for coaching more challenging clients
- Explore some theoretical perspectives – in particular positive psychology, change theories and cognitive behavioural theories - that can bring greater depth to your coaching approach
- Explore in depth the role of Emotional Intelligence in the coaching process
- Be better able to manage the relational dynamics
- Undertake practice coaching sessions and receive feedback
